Registration Fee includes: Conference proceedings on CD, simultaneous interpreting, free access to the exhibition, coffee-breaks, exhibition catalogue, access to on-line b2b appointments module seven days prior to the event and during it. If two or more persons from one organisation attend the Conference, the first pays the full fee, the rest receive 10% discount each. The reduction applies to companies that do not use other discounts.

For every 3 paid attendees from one company, the fourth will participate for free.

40% Discounted fee for governmental, municipal and academic officials, students. The reduction applies to participants that do not use other discounts. The promotion expires after 22 March 2012. Payment after this date will be at regular fee.

Verification of student status (age less than 28 years) needed: personalized letter from the university proving the full-time student status and a copy of ID card. Please send scanned copies to office@viaexpo.com

• PAYMENT  

The registration fee should be paid before the event by bank transfer. The bank details are given at the website aſter you register.

• PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION  

If you cancel up to March 10th, 2012 (only in written form), 50 Euro administrative costs will be charged. Aſter this date there is no refund. It is possible to transfer a booked pass to another person.

Seven days before the event participants will receive a password to review the list with the speakers, exhibitors, registered attendees and VIP guests.
